The President of Mongolia, U.Khurelsukh, issued a decree to “intensify the study of Mongolian history”, to study and promote the Mongolian national heritage, the heritage of nomadic civilization, and the contribution of the Mongolian nation to world history, and to strengthen and consolidate national values and independence.” As an artist, R.
