Since the Chinggis Khaan National Museum opened, it has continued to develop into one of the major centers for the history, culture and science of the world's nomadic civilizations.
Over the past few years, the museum has independently published more than 30 academic books and research works, sharing them with the public. On the occasion of its third anniversary, the museum presented its report to scholars, researchers, and partner organizations, and released the book "New Works 2025" on 10 October, 2025.
The scholarly works preserved in the museum’s research library are the results of our scholars’ tireless efforts and the support of all of you. Thanks to this, new academic publications are being produced. Our library’s collection has grown to include more than 10,000 books. These numerous works are based on the exhibits of the Chinggis Khaan National Museum, as well as studies on the history of Chinggis Khaan and the Mongol Empire. The ranking of world museums is measured not only by what they display, but by the level of research and analysis they have. We are working hard to become a major center for Mongolian history studies in the world in the future. In the future, we are striving to make our museum one of the major global centers for the study of Mongolian history.
