LET'S CREATE EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES TOGETHER WITH EQUAL RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES!

Gender inequality leads to many negative consequences in society, such as poverty, unemployment, violence, lack of education, decline in awareness, and irresponsible behavior.

For this reason, Chinggis Khaan National Museum, in collaboration with the National Gender Committee, organized a regular training course (2025.10.30) on “Gender-sensitive workplaces” for its employees.

During the training, O.Buyanaa, Head of the National Gender Committee’s Office for Gender Equality and Social Responsibility, emphasized that gender-inclusive participation is a matter of quality, and therefore, employers must work based on a human rights approach, ensuring that no one is left behind.

Equal participation:

One: To be respected at work and feel part of the organization

- To feel like a part of the community,

- To feel valued,

- To feel understood by others,

- To be accepted by others,

Two: Receiving support and cooperation from others while performing their duties

Three: To be recognized, rewarded, and encouraged for their work

As a government employee, always remember:

Uphold human rights, value core principles, and contributing to positive change.

Gender equality is reflected and measured through the individual progress and advancement of each person.

Currently, 66 percent of civil servants are women. As of today, women make up 66 percent of the public sector workforce. Accounting to the 2025 Global Gender Gap Report by the World Economic Forum, Mongolia ranks 65th out of 146 countries, moving up 20places from the previous year in terms of gender gap indicators.
