The delegation led by Christian Görke (Die Linke), Chairman of the German-Central Asian Parliamentary Group in the German Bundestag, who is currently on an official visit to Mongolia, visited the Chinggis Khaan National Museum on June 30, 2026.

The delegation was welcomed by T. Enkhtungalag, Head of the Museum's Center for Foreign Relations and Cooperation. During the meeting, the two sides discussed and exchanged views on the concept and preparatory work for the upcoming special exhibition “Chinggis Khaan and the World of the Mongols.” This exhibition is scheduled for October 2026 in Berlin, Germany, and will be co-organized with the Museum of Prehistory and Early History (under the National Museums in Berlin and the Prussian Cultural Heritage Foundation).

After touring the exhibition halls of the Chinggis Khaan National Museum and paying respects at the Grand Hall of Honor, the delegation expressed their full support for the organization of the joint exhibition.
